IT Recruiter

Hybrid — Austin, TX

You'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle — sourcing, screening, presenting, and closing — for engineering and IT roles across our client base. You'll work closely with account managers to understand requirements and build lasting candidate relationships.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven track record placing software engineers or IT professionals
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar)
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche boards
• Ability to understand technical job requirements well enough to assess fit
